Was one of the first doctors and the first eye trauma surgeon physically present at WTC Ground Zero on 9/11/01. Established the first triage center at Ground Zero, and was interviewed on national TV by the major networks. Had several photographs taken at the time tour nationally and internationally as part of the "Here is New York" exhibit.
